Self Defense:

For those students who do not wish to follow the traditional path of martial arts, we offer pure self-defense. This training takes students through common attacks, training on counters and submissions. All students will be tested at the end of this to make sure they are proficient in defending themselves. This is not “weekend warrior” training, but requires practice with qualified instructors to perform all different techniques. As students become proficient in each set of techniques, they will advance to work in many different sequences. Each set of techniques require time to learn and to perfect.
